Amazing budget-friendly spot! The room with a private bathroom was a steal for this location. Plus, being so close to the train station? I could hop into central London in no time!
Those key safe instructions could confuse a cat! And oh, if only I could find parking without playing hide and seek.

Convenient location, nearby public transport, affordable pricing
The heater struggled to keep the room warm some nights!!! The TV remote wouldn't work, and missing supplies made the stay less comfortable!!! Poor communication regarding key access led to unnecessary wait times!!!

The room was a comfortable haven after a long day exploring. I especially enjoyed the flat-screen TV, it made the nights cozy and relaxing.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but considering the amenities, it was fine.

The location near Tulse Hill station made getting into central London super convenient. I appreciated the thoughtful touches in the decor, creating a cozy atmosphere in my double room. The flat-screen TV added a nice touch for winding down after a long day. the heating was inconsistent, making the room colder than expected at night. The dining options could be improved, as the breakfast felt limited and not as fresh as I hoped. my stay had its highlights, but some areas definitely need attention for a smoother experience.
